It will be interesting to see if BioWare weigh in on this or issue another update to fix these problems. However, some early impressions suggest that the Anthem patch doesn't exactly rectify some of the game's ongoing concerns, going as far as to state that there have been no changes in terms of performance and that HDR on the Xbox One X is broken. That said, it offers a host of improvements including improved loading times.

The Anthem day one patch download size for PC is around 7GB and 5GB on Xbox One, though considering the game has been available since February 15, it should have been labelled as a day eight patch. Shared world shooter Anthem is out on February 22 for PS4, Xbox One, and Windows PC users (provided the latter two didn't play it via EA Access, Origin Access, or Origin Premier from February 15) and in the run up to this, developer BioWare has made the Anthem day one patch available for download.
